Returns & Refunds
Love Lisa are happy to refund all customers within 14 days of purchase excluding delivery charge (T&C’s apply).
Girls, we hope you love your newest purchase, but if you’re not feeling them do not panic! We have a hassle free returns procedure for you to follow.
We offer a full refund on items of clothing within 14 days, provided that the items are in the same condition they were received (this excludes bodysuits). There is strictly no returns with any bodysuits due to hygiene reasons and any received will be sent straight back to sender.
A refund will only be guaranteed if the item:
- Is unworn, unwashed, perfume, tan and make-up free.
- Still has the tags attached.
- Has not been soiled, damaged or smells of smoke.
If any of the above are not satisfactory, the item(s) of clothing will be sent back to the original delivery address without a refund.
In order to return the unsuitable items you need to email lovelisahelp@gmail.com and a returns note will be sent out to you. You can then attach this note to your package and send it straight back to us (if you have any queries regarding this, please email us at lovelisahelp@gmail.com).
Once we've sorted your return, you'll receive a confirmation email. It can take up to 5 working days for the money to hit your account. Your refund will be minus the original delivery charge and we're unable to refund any costs associated with you returning the item(s).
When you post back the package make sure to ask for a receipt and hold on to it until you receive confirmation from us that we are processing your return!
If you have received an incorrect / faulty or damaged item, we apologise in advance! Please email us at lovelisahelp@gmail.com and we will make it right again!
